We like to think we're doing a good job. But we want a more objective measure then just our own opinions... So we ask every family client we shoot to complete a feedback form, covering the whole experience from booking to seeing their photographs. (And most actually fill it in for us!)
While it's lovely to know that more than 95% of you think we deserve a mark of 5/5 (and the rest a still-impressive 4/5), it's the more descriptive feedback that really helps us.
We ask for three words to describe the experience (and most people say this is the most challenging thing in the whole process). As you can see from the word cloud above, the most popular descriptor was 'fun'. Who are we to argue with that?
When most adults claim they hate having their picture taken - and many parents worrying that their little angels won't behave - it turns out that they actually enjoy the session.
Not only that, but we are friendly and professional (of course), but that you feel 'relaxed'. At a photoshoot? Amazing! (Which is another word used to describe us. Or maybe our photographs...)
So if you are at all nervous about having your photo taken, but us to the test. We think we can make you enjoy yourself.
