Photowalk in Chiswick. With yours truly...

I am delighted, excited and honoured to have been asked by The Chiswick Calendar to lead a photowalk in Chiswick later this month, on Sunday 26th April. If you’ve never been on (or heard of) a photowalk, it’s a very simple concept: a group of us meet up (with our cameras), go for a walk and take photographs of things.

Where do I come in? Well, I’ll be on hand to answer any questions you might have (about photography) and help you to improve your photography and get better images. You’ll have the chance to get one-to-one tuition to solve any problems you may have or to get you out of a rut (although you will have to share me with the other participants). Whatever your skill level, you'll have fun and have the opportunity to learn something!

So, join The Chiswick Calendar and me on Sunday 26th April at 11am. We’ll be meeting at the George IV pub for a quick chat, before setting off to wander around Chiswick and capture some images of the architecture and street life. It will be a relaxed, gentle walk through Chiswick, at your own pace, with no pressure other than to enjoy yourself.

We plan to finish at around 1pm, and I’ll hang around afterwards for anyone who wants to buy me a drink and ask any more questions.

And best of all? It’s completely free. Drop me an email (dan@dkclarkephoto.com) to sign up or to ask me any questions. Spaces will be limited (so everyone will have a fair chance to have a 1-1), so book early.

The listing on The Chiswick Calendar is here, and you can find out more about the Chiswick Calendar itself here. (And while you are there, why not sign up to their email so you find out about all future events in Chiswick first?)
