How we work

Before we even start, What is the tl;dr?

We try to make it as easy as possible to get natural, creative and fun professional family photographs.

• You’ll need to book a shoot (which can be done online), either outdoors on location or in our studio (limited availability)

• We’ll communicate everything you need to know

• We have the session!

• Afterwards, you book a viewing session (which takes place online, from the comfort of your own sofa…) to view your images and order your prints

Booking and before the shoot

This is simple - for you…

Drop us a line, fill in a form, or enter one of our competitions, and we’ll get back to you and do the rest:

1. We’ll work with you to find a suitable time for your session (we have an online calendar from which you can choose your session)

2. We’ll confirm your session and ask you to fill our form (so we know who is coming)

3. We’ll send you our FAQ and what to wear guide

4. We’ll follow up with you by phone ahead of the session to discuss ideas, what you are going to bring, and to answer any other questions

The photography session

We’ll meet you at our chosen location.

We have a fun, relaxed shoot.

We’ll explain about the viewing and ordering session and book you in.

You go home happy :)

The viewing session

We use standard conferencing software to show you your images and talk through the print and product options. We help you to choose those images you love most and want to have forever.

We have products to hand to show you on camera - not quite the same as seeing and feeling them in person, but a reasonable substitute under the circumstances. We ask about how you want to see and share your photos, and will make suggestions

The viewings are planned for an hour (but we can take more time if needed - and we won’t keep you on the line if you are really quick at making a decision!).

Delivery

Once we have received your prints and checked that they are perfect, we’ll arrange collection (from our studio in Hampton). In some circumstances, delivery may be an option.
