Terms & Conditions for purchased / voucher family photography sessions

All Intellectual Property Rights in or arising out of or in connection with the photography session shall be owned by the Photographer.

Images are edited at the Photographer’s discretion, and delivered photographs may not include all images shot. The Photographer reserves the right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the Photographer’s artistic standards.

Session bookings are dependent on the availability of the Photographer and sessions will take place on location in Hampton or Richmond (unless agreed in advance with the Photographer). Client must attend the viewing session to select and order prints. No additional purchase is necessary.

The Photographer may use any or all photographic or digital images arising out of or in connection with the session in the Photographer’s promotional or professional activity. If you would prefer your images are not used in promotions, please advise us during the shoot.

Vouchers and session fees are refundable or transferable for 14 days from purchase (assuming the session has not been booked), after which they are non-refundable.
