All Intellectual Property Rights in or arising out of or in connection with the photography session shall be owned by the Photographer.
The Client agrees that the Photographer may use any or all photographic or digital images arising out of or in connection with the session in the Photographer’s promotional or professional activity, unless explicitly requested by the client otherwise.
Images are edited at the Photographer’s discretion, and delivered photographs may not include all images shot. The Photographer reserves the right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the Photographer’s artistic standards.
Session bookings are dependent on the availability of the Photographer and sessions will take place in Hampton, TW12 (unless agreed in advance with the Photographer). The Photographer reserves the right to require a deposit for the session, to be refunded upon completion of the session and viewing, or offset against any purchases from the Photographer. If prints or images are included as part of the promotion or gift, the Client must attend the viewing session to redeem. No purchase is necessary, and additional photographs will be available to purchase.
The Client agrees to waive their 14-day right to refund upon (i) agreement to order (or final selection of) physical prints (or equivalent) and/or (ii) initiation of download of digital media.
Only one offer per household per year.
No cash alternative will be offered.
